Pursuant to Title 17, Section 512(c)(2) of the United States Code, if you believe that any copyrighted material available through the Website infringes your rights, we provide a designated contact channel to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement.
DMCA notices should be submitted through our DMCA submission page. General support inquiries should be sent through our Contact page.
How to Submit a Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide a written communication containing the information described below. The more complete your notice is, the faster we can review and process it.
If your notice concerns multiple items, please provide enough detail for each one so that we can clearly identify the allegedly infringing material.
Required Elements of a Notice
Pursuant to Title 17, Section 512(c)(3) of the United States Code, an effective notification of claimed infringement must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including where possible an authorized source or URL.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on or through the Website.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
Insufficient or Invalid Notices
Notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, clearly irrelevant to the Website, or otherwise ineffective under applicable law may not be processed.
To avoid delays, please make sure your notice is accurate, complete, and submitted through the proper channel.
Good Faith Requirement
You should submit a DMCA notice only if you have a good faith belief that the material identified is infringing and that you are legally authorized to act in relation to that claim.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith infringement claims may expose you to legal liability under applicable law.
Repeat Infringement Response
Where appropriate, we may restrict access to features or services, remove material, or take other reasonable action in response to repeated infringement claims.
